Winning Hunter alternative: SellWinners vs Winning Hunter
Winning Hunter goes deeper on dropshipping: a Sales Tracker, TikTok Shop, Pinterest ads and product import. As a Winning Hunter alternative, SellWinners adds Google and YouTube ads and brand emails. The Free plan includes the web app and the MCP server (150 credits a month), without the API.
SellWinners is our product, so weigh what follows with that in mind. Every fact about Winning Hunter comes from its own pages, read on October 26, 2026: its homepage, winninghunter.com, which also holds its plans, its Shopify Sales Tracker page, its blog post on the YouTube ad library, and its developer docs: the docs home, the API reference, the Store Explorer page, the MCP guide, the MCP tools reference, the credits page and the rate limits page. We did not test a paid Winning Hunter account.
Of the research tools we compare, Winning Hunter is one of the closest to SellWinners. Both pair ads with Shopify store data, both track brands, and both document a REST API and an MCP server for AI agents. The difference is the job each one is built around. Winning Hunter is built for finding and selling products: it says its Sales Tracker shows which products sell best in any store, it covers TikTok Shop and Pinterest ads, and it lists product importing. SellWinners is built for studying brands and markets: Meta, Google and TikTok ads on every paid plan, YouTube among the Google ads, and a library of brand emails.
SellWinners vs Winning Hunter: the facts side by side
"Not stated" means we did not find the fact on Winning Hunter's pages. It does not mean Winning Hunter lacks it. We do not copy prices here, because they change and depend on the billing period: Winning Hunter shows its own on its homepage, which we read on October 26, 2026, and ours are on the pricing page.

Where Winning Hunter fits
Pick Winning Hunter if you sell products and want to see which ones sell best in the stores you follow. It says its Shopify Sales Tracker shows "which products are selling the best in any store, showing daily revenue and ad spend" (read on October 26, 2026). It also covers four things SellWinners does not:
- TikTok Shop. Winning Hunter lists TikTok Shop on every plan, and its MCP tools reference covers TikTok Shop products, shops, creators and videos. SellWinners has no TikTok Shop data.
- Pinterest ads. They start on its Standard plan. SellWinners has no Pinterest ads.
- Product import. Its homepage lists product importing. SellWinners does not import products or find suppliers.
- More tracked brands. Its Enterprise plan lists 300 brands, more than the 200 a SellWinners account can track.
Its homepage also names Magic AI, Exploding Trends and an AI reverse ad search. On Google ads, its MCP tools reference says reach and spend are filled on about 31% of creatives, and on about 10% of the ones aimed at the US, while Google ads in SellWinners carry no spend. Check the plan before you count on a network: on Basic, its homepage lists Facebook ads and TikTok Shop, and its MCP guide says the ads library tools need Standard.
Where SellWinners fits
SellWinners fits when you study brands and their marketing as much as single products, or when Google and YouTube are part of your ad mix. Four cases in particular:
- Three ad networks on every paid plan. Meta, Google with YouTube, and TikTok ads with organic posts, so no network waits for a higher tier.
- Brand emails. Search the emails brands send, filter them by campaign type, promotion or an event such as Black Friday, and read a shop's sending rhythm. We found no email search in Winning Hunter's docs.
- Stores by units sold and pixels. Filter Shopify stores by units sold and tracking pixels, next to apps and theme, and read a store's sales history by day, week or month. We did not find units sold or pixel filters for Shopify stores in Winning Hunter's docs.
- API credits from the first paid plan. Every paid plan includes the API with its own monthly credits, shown in the table above and on the pricing page. Each one includes the MCP server too, on the same credits. The two tools count credits differently, as explained below.
What SellWinners does differently
Google ads by network, YouTube included
In Explore, the Ads page has a Meta tab, a Google tab and a TikTok tab. The Google tab filters ads by network (Search, YouTube, Shopping or Maps), by format (text, image or video), by country and by days running. A YouTube video ad shows its thumbnail and its advertiser, with a link to watch it on Google's Ads Transparency Center. SellWinners does not host the video files and has no view counts. The YouTube ad spy tool page shows the filters, and the same search runs from code:
# Search Google ads
curl "https://api.sellwinners.com/v1/google-ads?networks=youtube&formats=video&status=active&limit=10" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"GET /v1/google-ads Parameters and fields in the docs
Google ads carry no spend, and a reach only for some of the ads shown in the EU, as Google reports it.
A brand email library you can search
Winning Hunter's homepage names emails among the things you can track on a competitor. In SellWinners, emails are a dataset of their own, on every paid plan. Search the subject, the sender or the body, keep one campaign type (marketing, newsletter, welcome or abandoned cart), one promotion type or one event, and open any email down to its raw HTML. For one shop, the stats show how many emails it sent on each day of a month and how its last 90 days spread over the days of the week. The competitor email analysis page covers one shop at a time, and the email marketing library page the whole library.
# Email sending stats of a shop
curl "https://api.sellwinners.com/v1/shops/gymshark.com/emails/stats?month=2026-09" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"GET /v1/shops/{shopId}/emails/stats Parameters and fields in the docs
Sales estimates for stores and for products
Search Shopify stores by name, domain, product name or words on the storefront, then filter by monthly visits, 30-day traffic growth, estimated monthly sales, units sold, active ads, apps, pixels, theme and more, 52 filters in all. Open a store for its traffic history, its sales history by day, week or month, its best sellers with prices and the ads it runs. From any store's domain, list the shops most like it, each with a similarity score.
To go down to single products, the product search gives each product an estimated revenue and units sold, a day and a month, with its price, reviews and Meta ads, on paid plans. Sort it by estimated sales to see what sells most for a product word:
# Search or browse products
curl "https://api.sellwinners.com/v1/products?search=posture%20corrector&sortBy=estSales&minUnitsSoldMonthly=300&limit=10" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY"GET /v1/products Parameters and fields in the docs
Every sales figure is an estimate, made to compare stores and products, not to quote. The FAQ on estimates says how far to trust them. On Free you search a store by domain and see its overview. The Shopify spy tool and the dropshipping product research tool pages list every filter.
One key, with credits counted differently
Winning Hunter gives its API and its MCP server one key and one monthly pool of credits. Its credits page charges one credit per successful call: Basic gets 100 credits a month, and Standard and above get 20,000. Its rate limits page allows 60 API requests and 300 MCP tool calls a minute per billing account, on separate counters. We read both on October 26, 2026.
In SellWinners, the API and the MCP server share one key and one monthly pool too, but one credit is one result returned: a search that returns 10 results costs 10 credits, and an empty result costs nothing. So the two monthly numbers do not compare one to one. Each plan has one limit a minute for all its calls: Free 10, Starter 60, Pro 120, Business 300.
Winning Hunter's MCP tools reference lists no email tool and does not mention YouTube. In SellWinners, analyze_shop_emails reads a shop's email program, search_google_ads_library filters Google ads by network, YouTube included, and search_products searches products by estimated sales and units sold. The page on our MCP server for AI agents has the server address and the setup for Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and VS Code. For more servers side by side, read our guide to ad library MCP servers.
What SellWinners does not cover
SellWinners has no TikTok Shop data, no Pinterest ads, and no product import or supplier finder. There is no browser extension. It has no Snapchat, LinkedIn, X or native ads. Meta reach is EU and UK reach and Meta spend is an estimate. TikTok results carry views, likes and engagement, with no reach and no spend. Google ads carry no spend, and video ads, YouTube ones included, have no video file: you watch them on Google. If any of these is central to your work, Winning Hunter or another tool below may cover it better.
How to compare the two on a store you know
A store you already follow is the fairest test, because you can tell whether the numbers make sense.
- Pick a Shopify store in your niche whose products and ads you know well.
- In Winning Hunter, open it in the Shopify Sales Tracker during its free trial, and note which products it says sell best.
- In SellWinners, open Explore, go to Shops and search the store's domain. The overview shows its estimated sales, its best sellers and its similar shops.
- Open the store's ads in both tools. Compare how many you can open, how long each one has run and which networks they come from.
- If you work with an AI agent, connect both MCP servers and ask the same question. Compare the answers and the credits each one used.
Other Winning Hunter alternatives
Four other tools come up for the same searches. Each fact below comes from the tool's own pricing page, read on October 26, 2026.
- Brandsearch. Closest on brand research: Meta and TikTok ads, Instagram and TikTok organic posts, email campaigns, landing pages and EU and UK ad spend estimates. Its three plans include 5,000, 10,000 and 10,000 API and MCP calls a month, and it has a Chrome extension. No free plan is listed, only a "Try for free" button with no trial length. Read its pricing page, or SellWinners vs Brandsearch.
- Dropship.io. Closest on dropshipping: a Product Library, a Shop Library of TikTok Shops with sales data, a Sales Tracker, a Facebook ad library, a Chrome extension and product import to Shopify and AutoDS, with a free trial. Its pricing page mentions no API or MCP. Read its pricing page.
- Minea. Facebook ads and influencer product placements, with Snapchat, Pinterest and TikTok ads marked "coming soon", and a brand tracker on every plan. Its pricing page offers a free registration but names no free plan or trial, and mentions no API or MCP. Read its pricing page, or SellWinners vs Minea.
- Sell The Trend. Store Intelligence on competitors' best sellers and a Facebook ads finder on every plan, TikTok ads and TikTok Shop products on Pro and Pro+, push to store and a Chrome extension. Its free trial asks for a payment method at sign-up, and its pricing page mentions no API or MCP. Read its pricing page.
For the wider field, our list of the best dropshipping product research tools compares Dropship.io, Sell The Trend and other product research tools on the same facts, the best Shopify spy tools covers store research, and the best ad spy tools covers the ad side. Common questions
Does Winning Hunter have an API or MCP server?
Yes, both, on one X-API-Key. Its docs home says "Twenty tools, one connection", its MCP tools reference lists 43 tools, and its MCP guide asks for the Basic plan or higher, with the ads library tools on Standard. Its credits page gives Basic 100 credits a month and Standard and above 20,000, one credit per successful call. We read all of this on October 26, 2026. SellWinners has a REST API on its paid plans. The same key opens an MCP server with 73 tools, on one pool of credits. The Free plan includes the web app and the MCP server (150 credits a month), without the API.
Does Winning Hunter have a free plan?
We found none. Its homepage shows three paid plans and a free trial with "No credit card required" (read on October 26, 2026 at winninghunter.com). Its credits page gives no API or MCP credits without a subscription. That does not prove there is no free plan. SellWinners has a Free plan with no card: each shop's Meta ad library and a shop search, in the web app. The Free plan includes the web app and the MCP server (150 credits a month), without the API.
Which one shows sales for each product?
Both, in different ways. Winning Hunter says its Shopify Sales Tracker shows "which products are selling the best in any store, showing daily revenue and ad spend" (read on October 26, 2026 on its Sales Tracker page). That page does not say whether the revenue is for each product or for the whole store. In SellWinners, the product search gives each product an estimated revenue and units sold, a day and a month, on paid plans, and each store has its estimated monthly sales and units sold, with a history by day, week or month. These figures are estimates, made to compare products and stores, not to quote.
Does Winning Hunter cover Google or YouTube ads?
Google, in its developer docs: its API reference lists Google Ads routes, and its MCP tools reference lists Google ads tools. Its homepage plans name no Google or YouTube ads, its docs list no YouTube route, and its post on the YouTube ad library sends readers to Google's Ads Transparency Center. We read all of this on October 26, 2026. In SellWinners, Google ads are on every paid plan, with a network filter for Search, YouTube, Shopping and Maps. A YouTube video ad shows its thumbnail, with a link to watch it on Google.
Start free, then upgrade when you need more
No card is needed. The Free plan includes the web app and the MCP server (150 credits a month), without the API. The API and the other datasets need a paid plan. Paid plans start at €39 a month.
