Build swipe files from ads that have earned their place
Good briefs start from what already holds attention. SellWinners lets you search ads by their copy, keep the ones that have run for weeks and read their hooks and video scripts, so each concept builds on evidence and not on taste alone.
What gets in the way
Swipe files full of one-offs
Saving every ad that catches your eye leaves you with a folder of nice ideas, many of which may have run for only a few days. What you need to know is which ones the brand kept paying for.
Hooks are slow to compare
The first seconds decide whether a video ad gets watched, but scrubbing through dozens of videos to note how each one opens takes hours.
Briefs without context
A designer or creator gets a link and a vague note. Without the format, the angle and the reason the ad worked, the result tends to be a copy of it.
The features creative strategists use most
Ads Library
Search Meta, TikTok and Google ads by words in the copy, keep the ones that have run for weeks and sort by reach. An ad's record gives its creative, copy, headline and call to action, plus the transcript and hook of a video when available.
Brand Tracker
Track the brands whose creative you rate and read their hooks report, video scripts grouped by text, headlines and ad texts. Creative tests grouped by launch day show what a brand tried side by side.
Meta Ads Library
Open one brand's whole Meta account to see its mix of image and video, its longest-running creatives and the landing pages they lead to.
Folders
Build swipe files as boards, one per format, angle or client. Meta, Google and TikTok items sit together, and a public link sends the whole board with your brief.
Email Library
Subject lines are hooks too. Search brand emails by words in the subject and see how brands frame a launch, a restock or a Black Friday sale.
How it fits your week
Pick an angle
Search the problem, the benefit or the product category you are briefing on.
Filter for staying power
Keep active ads with many days running and sort by reach to see the creatives brands keep funding.
Study the opening
Open each ad for its hook and transcript, and compare how the strongest ones start.
Save and brief
Add the best to a board by format or angle, then send the link along with your brief.
Questions creative strategists ask
Can I research ads on the Free plan?
Yes, Meta ads. The Free plan needs no card and includes the full Meta ad library, with every filter, reach and spend. Saving to boards, Google and TikTok ads and the API are on paid plans, which the pricing page compares.
Can I download the creatives?
Yes. Image and video files are served from our own host, so you can download a creative from an ad or fetch it through the API. Ads belong to the brands that made them, so use them as references for your own concepts, not as assets to republish.
Can an AI assistant gather inspiration for me?
Yes, on paid plans. Over the MCP server, Claude, Cursor or another client can call tools that return creative inspiration for a niche or the video scripts of a tracked brand. You can then ask it to group the hooks by angle or draft a brief from them.
How do I share a swipe file with my team or a client?
Create a public link to the board. Anyone with the link can open it in a browser without an API key, and you can remove the link later. The saved items stay on your account.
