Affiliate terms

These terms apply to the SellWinners affiliate program, on top of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You accept them when you join the program from your account settings.
1. Joining
Anyone aged 18 or over with a SellWinners account in good standing can apply, on any plan. You name the social accounts where you will promote us, and we check each application by hand: you start earning once it is approved. One affiliate account per person. We may refuse or end a membership that doesn't follow these terms.
2. Your link and your code
You get a link and a code of your own. You can change your code once; links with your previous code keep working. A code can't use our brand name, another company's name or a word we keep for the site.
3. What you earn
You earn 30% of each subscription payment, excluding taxes, of the customers you refer, for as long as they stay subscribed. Credit top-ups and other one-off purchases earn no commission. We may agree a different rate with you; your dashboard shows the rate that applies.
4. How a customer is credited to you
- They open your link and sign up during the same visit, or, if they accepted cookies, within 30 days of their last click on an affiliate link. The last affiliate link they opened counts.
- They type your code in the Referred by field when they sign up.
- A customer is credited to one affiliate only, the first one, and only a new account can be referred: someone who already has an account is not.
5. Hold, refunds and disputes
A commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from. If the payment is refunded, the commission is cancelled, in proportion for a partial refund; if it is disputed, the commission is cancelled, and restored if the dispute is won. A commission cancelled after it was paid is deducted from your next payouts.
6. Payouts
We pay once a month, in the first days of the month, the commissions that are payable, once they reach €100 in total; below that, your balance carries over. Payouts are in EUR. We are setting up automatic payouts; until they are ready, we contact you by email to arrange each payout. You give us accurate payment details, and you are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
7. What is not allowed
- Paid ads of any kind that promote SellWinners, your link or your code: search, social, display or video ads, including ads on SellWinners, its misspellings or its domain. Promote us only on your own social accounts, content and pages.
- Referring yourself, your other accounts or addresses, or people in your own workspaces.
- Spam, misleading claims, offers we don't make, and pretending to be SellWinners or to speak for us.
- Forcing or faking clicks and sign-ups, setting cookies without a click, and offering rewards for sign-ups.
- Posting your code on coupon and deal sites.
- Using our name or logo in a domain name, an account name or an app.
We check for these, in the public ad libraries too. While we check a referral or traffic that looks like one of them, the commissions it concerns are held and not paid. Commissions that come from any of these are cancelled, and we may pause or close your affiliate account.
8. Telling your audience
Say clearly that you earn a commission when you recommend SellWinners with your link or code, as the law where you publish requires.
9. Privacy
You see how many clicks, sign-ups and paying customers you bring and what you earn, never who your customers are. Our Privacy Policy explains what we record.
10. Changes and ending
We may change these terms or the commission rate for the future; we tell you by email at least 30 days ahead, and what you earned before stays as it was. You can leave the program at any time by contacting us. If we end the program, or you leave it, we pay the commissions that are payable at that time, whatever the minimum. If your account is closed for breaking these terms or our Terms of Service, commissions not yet paid are cancelled.
